Locality - Where possible we source our produce from farmers, fisherman and producers across Kent. Your food arrives with you fresher, tasting great and with fewer food miles.
Provenance – We like to know where the food we put in our body comes from. If you would like to know the field that your meat is from or have any other question about the provenance of our produce click here to drop us a line.

The Environment - It is all of our responsibility to care for the environment. Your food arrives in recycled boxes with minimal packaging – we love brown paper bags...have a carbon footprint you can be proud of!
Quality - This one goes without saying. We only deal in delicious tasting produce, try it you will not turn back.

Fairness – We could not do this alone. We rely on our suppliers and we know how hard they work; the farmers, fisherman, fruit pickers and butchers, so we want to stand apart by giving the whole supply chain a truly fair deal.
