So why buy local produce for you and your family? Here are a few reasons:

What is local and our commitment to you?

We count all produce grown or produced in Kent and the surrounding counties (and sea!) as local. Our commitment is to supply as much of your weekly food shopping from the local vicinity as we can. This is not always possible so we do sell some non-local items that we can't source locally. You will find that all items have a badge showing that they are local or not. We work closely with Produced In Kent to use their classifications as a guideline to what is local.

Celebrity Chef Paul Hollywood's fantastic artisan breads and our very own Farmhouse Kitchen chocolate brownies, meringues and quiches - all handmade and baked fresh to order.
Cheese - We have 3 more award winning local cheeses from High Weald Dairy - Saint Giles (semi-soft cow's cheese), Tremain's Cheddar and Sister Sarah (mild goats cheese).
And from the sea we have beautiful Black Bream and (sorry to go on) we love our local Lobsters!
Plums, Cobnuts, Sweetcorn, Apples and Pears are all now local and in season.
